Canada To US Immigration

  • The TN Visa:

    • WHAT IT IS: The TN visa is a work visa for Canadian citizens that can last up to three years. There is currently no quota or cap on TN visas and they can in theory be renewed indefinitely.  
    • WHO QUALIFIES?: To qualify for a TN you must be an Canadian citizen coming to the U.S. to work in a certain profession. Professions covered under the TN visas include medicine and science. A more extensive list of TN visa professions can be found here.

  • Green Card through Employment:
